New store virtual tour | M&S
The business opened a brand-new M&S concept store in Stevenage, and wanted to excite customers about visiting by creating a virtual tour (fly-through).
CHALLENGE
VM teams picked out store highlights based on internal reasoning which may not be immediately relevant to the customer.
SOLUTION
Translate internal biz-speak into customer-facing microcopy that ties each new feature to a customer need or benefit.
MY ROLE
Collaborated with the project manager to review and streamline all features to be mentioned
Created new, more customer-friendly copy which tied each new store feature to their needs and benefits
Ensured the copy reflected M&S tone of voice while prioritising brevity
