Help customers select the pen nib that best suits their needs, when selecting the relevant options at PDP during the purchase journey.

SOLUTION
Simplify the descriptions of the different pen nibs in the existing online nib guide, using clear and reassuring language that is pitched at non-experts.

• Collaborate with UX research to understand customer pain points and expectations

• Conduct competitor research to understand the current landscape

• Rewrite the nib guide copy with first-time customers in mind, using simple language which still aligns to the brand tone of voice where appropriate
