Creating a seamless customer journey across website and app to support the launch of this M&S Sparks campaign which aimed to increase app downloads and build brand loyalty.
CHALLENGE
Turn the campaign concept into a seamless omnichannel experience across marksandspencer.com and the M&S app, whilst aligning with in-store POS, CRM activity plus advertising across TV, radio and print media.
SOLUTION
Create a consistent design look & feel and copy matrix which can be scaled across all digital touchpoints.
MY ROLE
Collaborated with designers, product owners and project managers to map all key messaging touchpoints, and sign-off a copy matrix that can be used throughout the customer journey
Ensured there was consistent copy used across the website homepage, site pop-ups, campaign landing page, app homepage and the app campaign hub
Edited copy to promote the campaign on the iOS App Store, ensuring M&S tone of voice plus Apple guidelines were all followed
